Feb 4. Got to gym. Had a great arm workout. 3 set of 8-10 on all. Then did half my usual cardio. Still lost 5lb today. And sent myself pics of myself after workout to show where I am current. That guy will be gone come summer. Or damn close. I have my goals and I’ll work hard to reach it. So far so good. And a great start to February and my new routine.

*I take the pictures of the machines and weight to see where I am and what to add next to weight. I could do a notebook but this works just as well
