No clue what I did to gain so much. But today after gym all I ate was an egg and tuna. Tomorrow I’ll eat lighter in the morning and see if I keep that off. Weighing daily isn’t recommended I’m told. I just make it a habit to see where I am and if I need to adjust something in diet. Still a good month overall need to push harder in next few days and knock off more.
