

First foodie post! 🤩 Crispy skin red sockeye salmon with garlic broccolini and soba noodles! - red sockeye salmon - plain flour - salt - pepper - broccolini - soba noodles - crushed garlic - butter - soy sauce - chilli oil - sesame oil - kewpie mayonnaise 1 - On a flat surface make a flour, salt and pepper mixture and after drying the skin side of the salmon press it down into the mixture. 2 - Boil broccolini until about half cooked, then transfer to a pan with butter and crushed garlic and cook to preference. 3 - Cook soba noodles as per the packet’s instruction. 4 - Heat oil in a pan until hot and place the salmon skin side down in the pan. Only turn to cook on the flesh side when almost cooked through for a short time. 5 - Strain cooked soba noodles and mix through with sesame and chilli oil. 6 - Place broccolini on top of soba noodles, and salmon on top. 7 - Splash soy sauce on top and cover with white sesame seeds and kewpie mayo if desired. 8 - Eat!!
