I love seeing what everyone has so much and it genuinely brings me joy haha.These are a few pictures of my most recent one. I am the cook of our friendship group so I did the main meal part and I think it went well, especially as I had to make it ALL vegan. We agreed the only part that didn't taste like it's non vegan equivalent was the gravy, which I think is a fair statement. Before he passed away this year, my dad was a chef for 40(?) Years and was kind enough to share many of his roast dinner tips with me. Luckily most of these could easily be made vegan.I really look forward to all the food pics! Lots of love x
