My photographer friend @jasonandthesecretsauce, an incredibly talented person btw, said that he had "never would've expected that on a tooth, crazy." So this set has the same exact setup as yesterday's, except I have a five point star filter situated between the Lee and the uv filter (which might be adding character too, haven't test it). Fionna recalled exactly how to maximize the potential for catching these flares from our first scene we shot with the spotlight and red dress. Essentially you hold your pose and slowly rotate back and forth the object you want to flare and you will almost always catch at least one per pose. There's a triptych of a single pose giving us a ton of flare options in the middle of the series, a great example. Like the Heather Spooky series, this was another really dope Halloween project, FIonna has shown a lot of growth as a model. I feel that we've found a rhythm to our shoots and there's a level of comfort that comes with that, as you can see in this set. I've got more Fionna works in the pipeline, and I'm hoping to work with her again soon!
