Passion definitley took over and even though mistakes and slips were made, I still pride myself in how much of myself I gave to the choreography and that I never gave up. Reality is that we can’t hit everything perfect all the time, and as dancers we are perfectionists to our core. I’ve been able to slowly unravel that mindset so I never lose my passion just to achieve perfection when executing movements. ❤️

This contemporary class included so many elements of ballet with extreme technical difficulty, but also the passion i exuded is unmatched and so intimate and vulnerable in this video. 💜 Matching technique and vulnerability is one of my strong suits I pride myself the most for in my career as a professional dancer! 💚

Here I was really just letting go, no set choreography and was dancing improvisation, which means just whatever comes to mind that’s how I move! When I do improv I tend to give myself many different tasks to see the different ways my body will go. I felt with this French music it was leading me in so many different paths which I absolutely loved. Music indicates how I move a lot of the time. Hope you guys have a great Thursday 💜
