Progress: Taken within 3 months (Dec 2022 & Mar 2023) Weight Loss: 0.8kg Body Fat: From High (yellow) to Standard!! Subcutaneous Fat: Still High (red) but 1% is lost. At least, some results are achieved! Need to work on the subcutaneous fat % & maybe abs! 😅
