Hey all thanks so much for the compliments on the suit. Been in contact with the company. I'm sending it back to get bigger size. I'd been looking at other competitors pics and the coverage isn't what it should be. I want to wear the suit well and feel like it looks like i stuffed myself into it. Spending $700😬 on it... I want it to look phenomenal on me. Or me look phenomenal in it 😄. Great news is finally completed the sale of my car so glad that's done! Off to bed. Early morning workout 😬😁. Night night 😘
Got my competition suit today. So the reveal video was before I sent concerns to my trainer. She made some suggestions like the sides of the bottoms needed to be higher and the top tied tighter. So the second vid has those adjustments. I'm still not sure about the fit and coverage 😬. Apparently it'll look differently on stage with lights and of course I'll have the dark spray tan look as well. The reason for that is because my pastey ass white skin absorbs the light 😂. The darker the skin the more the definitions of the muscles show. I'm just over 3 weeks out from the stage. She said I'll lean out a little more even revealing more definition and I continue working out trying to build my lower body to compete in the wellness division. I'd like to hear your feedback. My apologies for not getting to messages. Just not enough hours in the day🙄😬.
This whole thing kinda messes with your head. Like yesterday I was questioning whether I want to continue and today it was more like...fuck. There's only 3+ weeks. I've come this far and seen so much changes in my body...I can fucking do this!
My apologies for not posting in a few days. The calorie reduction and adjustment of macros has me getting headaches in the late afternoons and are splitting in the evenings. I’ve been going to bed early. Adding salt substitute for the potassium into my pre workout and whenever else I salt stuff because I cramp so bad in my muscles. Apparently this all means I’m doing it correctly 😩. Idk how much longer I can take!!! I did get my suit ordered and should be here to try on for you in a few days. I’m dropping a bunch of pics from ast couple days. I have a date tomorrow with someone I’ve never met. I’m debating if I want to were a dress. I went shopping so you can weigh in if you’d like. Bad part is most were in the juniors dept🙄. Apparently sexy women dresses aren’t a thing 🙄🤣

Had to show you my back pose. 👀 at those muscles 😁. Trainer cut my calories again just about 1300 for this week to see how my body responds. Then next week do a refeed whatever that entails, I’m not sure. Meeting tomorrow for someone to buy my car I’ve been trying to sell for months. Dropped the price. Just didn’t want to pay property tax on it next month and anymore payments. That’ll be a huge relief to have it gone! Busy next few days getting my financials submitted to corporate 😩. Night night 😘

Been a hugely busy week!!! Monthly closing and upcoming mandatory company beach trip. It’s not ideal, especially with the prep for competition so I’ve food prepped as much as I can and will take a cooler full so I can stay on track! I’m dreading the 4 hour drive 😩😩😩😫! Hope to video some naughty stuff 😈🤭
I’m still super stoked on my progress. I did my checkin with my trainer. She wants me to cut more calories and carbs and fat. I don’t know how I’m going to make that happen 😖😩. I’m already hungry all the time and I still have 6 weeks to go.
Today’s workout was a struggle at times. Still at the 2 hour mark for workouts. I don’t mind the longer workouts, just hate getting to work at 8.45 ish😖. Just means I stay later. I was again kinda geeking out on the lat and back muscles. Trainer wants to do an upper body workout on Mon. Have a good night everyone 😘

I ended up making a last minute change to the outfit. I went with pants and flats because I couldn’t decide whether the beige or black heel’s went better with the skirt 😂. Oh well.
Still posing practice 😄. I haven’t even put on the stilettos in a week 😬😩. I need to practice walking in them!!! Okay, maybe I’ll do a ppv video in stilettos and nude. Would you like that. I know you all appreciate this😋. However, I just want to brag on my gains in the gym and with the cut in preparation for this bodybuilding competition I may have mentioned that I am doing in Oct😁🤣. Just look at those back muscles 💪🏻 😋🤪😁. I’m still geeking out when I see them. Im starving. Okay, not really, but trainer gave me my calories and macros. I’ve been having to tweak what I’ve been eating. Basically anything that sits in my stomach is out🙄😖. So always feeling hungry or like tummy is empty.😩😩😩😩
Ugh. I’m starving. No not really, but kinda am. Trainer cut my calories to just short of 1600/day. It’s not exactly easy with the macros. Positive note… I’m down only 3lbs, but down .9% body fat and up.5% muscle 😁. I’m good with the workouts, it’s the repetitive and restricted food that is giving me issues. And trying to get in 190 grams of protein 😬. I weigh 142. I’m thinking she’s wanting me in 120’s😱
